Excelsior Installer is a free tool to create compact and professional installation packages for Windows applications with less time and efforts.
It provides wizard-style interface which guides through the packaging process. The wizard suggests a rich set of reasonable default parameter values and requires only a few items to be filled-in manually. In the best case you need only two mouse clicks to create your first installation package. Setup packages are produced in form of self-installing EXE files, which is most suitable for Internet distribution. Good data compression and small installer overhead in the package allows to not use additional compression software for your code and data.Setup packages support many languages. The installation language is selected automatically based on computer settings or it may be assigned by the application author. English, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Russian and Spanish are available from the box.
