The software Assistat makes variance analysis (ANOVA) and it classifies the averages for the Tukey Test, t Test, Duncan Test, Dunnet Test, Scott-Knott Test and SNK Test.
It counts with regression in the variance analysis, correlation between variables, test of the coefficient of correlation, Cochran Test, Bartlett Test, Mann-Whitney Test, Kruskal-Wallis Test, normality tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk, Anderson-Darling, Cramer-von Mises and other) and test of series fit (for Kolmogorov-Smirnov method). It makes Principal Components Analysis (PCA), confounding in the Factorial Experiments 2×2x2, Polinomial Regression for the case of quantitative treatments in Factorial Experiments, Subdivided Parcels and Subsubdivided Parcels. It analyzes Factorial Experiments with additional treatments.
